Steppin' Up Chords

Here is a chord sketch for Steppin' Up. The song was written by Darren Rahn and performed by Eric Darius. A live performance can be seen here.

I wonder about the D7+5, but I think it's close to the chord used in the song. I recently updated this sketch (9/2013).

Each chord is played for a bar except when a semicolon follows the chord name, which means the chord is played for 1/2 bar.
